Terms and Conditions of Sale
Please read our terms and conditions carefully before ordering, these will govern any contract of sale that we,
Logical Microsystems enter into with you, the customer.

Please check the specification carefully to ensure that the product meets with your requirements before ordering.
If you are in doubt then please contact us prior to placing any order by telephone, fax or email. We also suggest
that if in doubt you should contact the manufacturer. We do not accept goods back because of incompatibility.
We do not accept any software back that has been opened, installed or registered. Goods are not supplied on a
trial basis.
Credit Account Orders.
A faxed Purchase Order Confirmation will be required from Credit Account Holders and Local Authority Orders.
Placing an order
We cannot accept orders from outside the UK.
The stock levels shown on the web site are for guidance only and are based upon the stock at our suppliers
warehouse, not our retail premises. The Price of goods at our retail premises may differ from those shown on our
Internet site. If you order via our Internet site then the Internet prices will apply. If you order or buy goods at our
retail premises then our shop prices will apply. If there is a significant difference in these prices then it may be
that a sudden price drop or rise has occurred or it may be the case that the products are not exactly the same.
Unless otherwise stated all prices are exclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance. The price of goods on our web site
is shown including and excluding VAT. VAT will be charged at the current rate on all sales. Errors and omissions
excepted. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
Payment for Goods
We accept payment by Cash, Cheque or Credit Card – Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch (incur 1.5% Surcharge)
If you wish to pay by credit card then please email or call us and we will fax or email a Credit Authorisation Form
for your details. When paying by credit card goods will only be delivered to the cardholder’s address.
If you have incorrectly placed an order then please contact us immediately on 01274 522131 and ask for our
Customer service department or email us on
customerservices@logicalmicro.com . Goods remain the property
of Logical Microsystems until payment is received in full.
Supply of Goods
Only persons of 18 years or over may order from our site. We can only supply goods to the U.K.
All goods are sold subject to availability. If for any reason we do not supply the goods ordered by you, then we
will not make any charge. However we are not liable for compensating you for any losses, which you may suffer if
we do not supply the goods.
We reserve the right not to supply goods and services. Any software ordered from us will be supplied with a
publishers licence. The terms of this licence must be complied with in addition to our terms and conditions.
Orders must be paid for in full before they are despatched to you unless goods are ordered under a Local
Authority Order or approved Credit Account Holder.
Delivery of Goods
Goods will be despatched as soon as possible after your order has been received and payment received /cleared
in full. Goods can be collected or delivered as requested at time of Order.
We endeavour to fulfil all orders within 7 days however we will not be held liable if the order takes longer than this
to fulfil. If speed of delivery is an important issue then you are advised to contact us first before placing the order.
If we anticipate that we are not able to fulfil your order within 7 days then we will contact you on the telephone
number you have given us.
We endeavour to ensure that you receive your goods in good condition. If you note items are missing, damaged
or incorrectly delivered, please contact our Customer Services within 24 hours after receiving the Order on 01274
522131, or alternatively email
customerservices@logicalmicro.com.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a time limit for notification of claims in respect of you receiving goods in a damaged
condition, missing or incorrectly delivered. Should this situation arise you must inform us within 24 hours. You
must retain any damaged packaging as it may need to be examined. If you do not notify us within this period then
we shall not be liable for goods considered to have been damaged, missing or incorrectly delivered on receipt.
Return of Goods
If for any reason it is necessary to return goods to us then you must ensure that you follow the following
procedure.
1) You must contact our customer services department for an RMA (Returns of Merchandise Authorisation) form.
You will need to fax back or email back the completed RMA form to us with details of the faulty product. On
receipt of these details we will issue an RMA number for you to return the goods. PLEASE NOTE: We will not
accept returns without this.
2) We do not accept goods back because of incompatibility. We do not accept any software back that has been
opened, installed or registered on your equipment. We cannot credit or replace any equipment unless they are
returned to us in original condition including all disks, manuals, cables, and packaging.
Valid Claim Limitation
Should you have a valid claim by law against Logical Microsystems on no account can this exceed the value of
the goods supplied. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you

Warranty
All goods are supplied with a 12 month Return To Base (RTB) manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stated.
Liability
All deliveries are subject to cleared funds and stock availability, this combines with third party nature of deliveries
means that whilst we try to keep delivery date, occasionally goods may arrive late. Invariably this is to do with
factors out of Logical Microsystems control. For this reason, we cannot offer guarantees on delivery dates or
accept liability for losses as a result of late deliveries. |
